1) Add safe checks for files if they exists
2) Create logs/ dir if it does not exists
3) Think about process a real package lists with debian names
4) Clean up em_cross.sh code
5) If package is installed it does not build it (for libs package)
6) Run remote toolchain tests, need remote targets.
7) Finish emdebianizing, move patches/ along?
